Engine / motor integration

IBAF supports manufacturers of mobile plant and machinery with the integration of a new engine or motor and the retrofit of exhaust aftertreatment systems.

With increasing environmental pollution worldwide, manufacturers of such equipment are repeatedly faced with the task of adapting their machines to updated emission codes and directives. Whether for Stage V requirements in Europe, satisfying the Tier 4 final regulations in the USA or the complete electrification of the machine, the scope of modifications needed varies depending on type and field of application.

The service spectrum at IBAF ranges from the adaptation of various brackets and mounts to the full-scale revision of the engine compartment and its peripherals, covering all the mechanics, hydraulics, thermal engineering and control technology. Given the extensive range of services that IBAF can offer as an all-encompassing development partner, we can be relied upon to handle engine and motor integration projects with any scalable project scope.
